Is it connected to Resharper installed and its IDEA keyboard scheme chosen, even when RS is suspended?
Ctrl+I on .ASCX finds nothing while Ctrl+F works. Is Ctrl+I intellectually using displayed (or just inner) text?
Shift+F6 exists in menu, but does nothing instead of building current project.
